1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you visit mindformfunction.com, download a free resource, subscribe to our emails, or buy one of our digital products.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

MindFormFunction provides practical tools for clarity and self-organization. Our content and products are for general educational purposes only.

They are not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other health concern, please speak with a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away.

3. Digital Products and Your Licence

When you buy or download a MindFormFunction product, such as The Reset workbook or the 7-Minute Mental Reset, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Download the file and keep copies on your own devices
  • Print it as many times as you need for your own use
  • Fill it in on paper or on a tablet

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
  • Upload them to file-sharing sites or shared drives
  • Use them in a paid course, program, or group without our written permission
  • Claim the content as your own

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices on this website are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Purchases made through this site are processed by third-party providers, such as Gumroad and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Our products are also sold on Etsy and Amazon. Purchases made on those platforms are also subject to their own terms and policies.

Digital products are delivered by download link, usually right after payment. If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will help.

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will send a working copy or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a refund. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Free Resources and Email

When you sign up for a free resource, such as the 7-Minute Mental Reset, you join our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, worksheets, designs, graphics, and the MindFormFunction name and logo, belongs to MindFormFunction and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

8. Links to Other Websites

This site links to other websites, including our shops on Etsy and Amazon and our social media accounts. Some of these links may be tracked so we can see where our sales come from. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of other websites.

9. No Guarantees

We work hard to make our tools useful, but results depend on each person, and we cannot promise any particular outcome. The website and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MindFormFunction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
